Privacy policy

AUTOSYSLAB SRL (CUI 52033914, Trade Register no. J2025045730002), a company registered in Romania, is the controller of the personal data collected through autosyslab.com. You can reach us about anything in this policy at iulian@autosyslab.com.

ROI report requests. When you ask for your calculator results by email, we collect your email address, your company name if you give it, the numbers you entered and the page language. We use them to send the report and one follow-up email. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Discovery call bookings. Bookings are handled by Cal.com, which collects the details you enter (such as name and email) under its own privacy policy. We use them to prepare for and hold the call. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Error reports. If something breaks and you choose to send a report, we receive technical details such as the page, browser, device type and error message. We use them only to fix the problem. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a working website.

Hosting logs. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and safe.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The website works without cookies. If this changes, we will ask for your consent first.

We use a small number of service providers: Netlify (website hosting), Cal.com (call booking), our own workflow automation server (to process report requests) and our email provider. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, transfers rely on safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data.

Report requests: up to 24 months, or until you withdraw your consent. Error reports: up to 12 months. Booking details: for as long as needed to hold the call and any resulting collaboration, and as required by law.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email iulian@autosyslab.com. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
