The work gets done. Slowly, and by people you hired for better things.
“We’re wasting so much time on this.”
Copy-pasting, chasing updates, re-typing data. Nobody measures it, so nobody fixes it.
“We could do more, but we don’t have the people.”
Growth stalls because the team is busy keeping up.
“The process is too manual, and too slow.”
Every handoff adds delays, errors and follow-ups.
That’s not a people problem. It’s a process problem, and it’s fixable.
What we do
Two ways we give the hours back
Workflow automation
We connect the tools you already use, like your CRM, inbox, spreadsheets, billing and Slack, so data moves on its own and nothing falls through the cracks.
No more copy-paste between systems
Failures flagged the moment they happen
Runs 24/7, on your infrastructure or ours
AI agents
Agents that read, sort, draft, research and follow up. They take on the judgment-light work that fills your team’s day, with a human approving what matters.
Triage inboxes, tickets and requests
Research and enrich leads and accounts
Draft replies, summaries and reports
Where the hours usually hide
Typical automations for a growing B2B company
Sales & RevOps
Lead enrichment and routing, CRM updates after every call, follow-ups sent on time.
Client onboarding
Contracts, welcome emails, account setup and the sales-to-delivery handoff, triggered automatically.
Customer support
Tickets triaged, tagged and drafted before anyone opens them. Escalations flagged instantly.
Finance ops
Invoices generated, payments chased and expenses entered without a spreadsheet marathon.
Reporting
KPIs pulled from every tool into one weekly report, delivered without anyone building it.
Internal ops
Approvals, access requests and document generation that used to wait in someone’s inbox.

How many hours is your team losing?
Start from our example (10 people, each losing 4 hours a week, half of it automated), then swap in your team’s numbers.
Estimates based on your inputs. The audit replaces them with measured numbers from your own processes.

Run & improve
We monitor, maintain and improve what we built, and add new workflows as your team grows.
For the past two years I’ve been designing and shipping AI and automation systems for companies in the US and UK. I know what those teams expect: clear scope, fast delivery and work that holds up.
I started AUTOSYSLAB to bring that standard to growing B2B teams, in Romania and abroad. You won’t be handed to an account manager or a junior: I’m on your project from the first call to the last workflow. Your results are how I build this company, so I’m invested in them.
And if automation isn’t the right fix for your problem, I’ll tell you on the first call. I’d rather lose a project than sell you one you don’t need.

What does an AI and automation agency actually do?
We find repetitive, rules-based work inside your company, like data entry, follow-ups, reporting and handoffs between tools, and hand it to automated workflows and AI agents. Your team stops doing work software can do, and spends that time on work that grows the business.
We need someone to automate a process end to end. Is that you?
Yes. AUTOSYSLAB covers the consulting and the build, so you don’t need an AI automation consultant plus a separate developer. We map how the process runs today, design the automated version, build it (usually in n8n, with AI models where they add value), test it with your team and hand it over documented. After launch, we can keep it running on a monthly care retainer.
What kind of companies do you work with?
B2B companies, often in tech, with settled departments and someone who owns each process. We work remotely and take on clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Romania, in English or Romanian. If your processes still change from month to month, it’s usually too early for custom automation; the free automations in the Vault are a better place to start.
How much does AI automation cost for a company our size?
AUTOSYSLAB starts every engagement with an Automation Audit at a fixed €450. Implementation is then quoted as a fixed price per project, depending on how many workflows and systems are involved, and paid 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Ongoing care starts from €1,000 per month, which includes 10 hours of work, with extra hours at €100 per hour. You see every price before any work starts.
Why start with a paid audit?
Because good automation starts with facts, not guesses. The audit measures where your team loses time and ranks what’s worth automating. You keep the roadmap and documentation whether or not you continue with us.
You’re a new company. Why should we trust you with this?
Fair question. AUTOSYSLAB was founded in 2025, and its founder, Iulian Boamfa, has spent the past two years building AI and automation systems for companies in the US and UK. The way we work keeps your risk small: the first call is free; the audit is a fixed €450 and you keep the roadmap whatever you decide; implementation is fixed-price and agreed upfront; and the second half of the payment is only due on delivery.
How long does an automation project take?
The audit takes about two weeks. Build timelines depend on scope and are set in the spec before any work starts, so you know the target delivery date upfront.
Which tools do you use?
Mostly n8n for workflows, Anthropic’s Claude for AI agents, Dust for AI assistants that know your company’s docs and data, and xAI’s Grok Bot for agents that do the work inside your apps. We work with the tools you already have rather than asking you to replace them.
Is our data safe?
We work inside your accounts with the minimum access each workflow needs, document every connection, and can run workflows on infrastructure you own. AUTOSYSLAB is an EU company and handles personal data in line with the GDPR. If you need an NDA or a data processing agreement (DPA) before we look at your systems, we’ll sign one.
Who owns the automations you build?
You do. Everything we build is documented and handed over, so your team can see exactly how it works.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
Every automation ships with error alerts and handover documentation your team can follow. On a care retainer, fixes and updates come out of your 10 monthly hours. And because everything is documented and handed over, your team isn’t dependent on one person to understand how it works.
Do I need to be technical to work with you?
No. You tell us what slows your team down; we handle the technical side and explain the results in plain language.
You’re based in Romania. Can you work with US, UK and Irish teams?
Yes. We work remotely and in English. Romania is two hours ahead of the UK and Ireland, so our working hours almost fully overlap, and US East Coast mornings line up with our afternoons.
Let’s find your team’s lost hours.
One 30-minute call to see where your team’s time goes, and whether automation is worth it. No commitment.
